Account information — your email, username, display name, a securely hashed password, and, if you sign in with GitHub, your GitHub profile and avatar. Optional profile details (bio, portfolio link) if you add them.
Content you create — projects, research papers, comments, devlog entries, collections, and direct messages.
Usage data — engagement signals such as project views, dwell time, clicks to repository/live links, shares, and profile views. These power the recommendation feed. We also process limited request data (such as IP address) for security and rate limiting.
To operate the Service, personalize your feed and recommendations, secure the platform and prevent spam/abuse, and send transactional email (such as password resets).
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on service providers to run the Service: Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and GitHub (optional sign-in). Public content you post is visible to other users by design.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and content; we will remove or anonymize it, subject to legal or security obligations.
You can access and update your profile, delete your content or account, and post anonymously (anonymity is display-only — the creator is still recorded internally for moderation).
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Questions? Reach us through the in-app feedback option.
